A Quad Cities woman arrested on meth and retail theft charges at the New Windsor Rodeo over the weekend. 30 year old Lindsey Rebecca Casel of Moline was taken into custody Saturday after the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a woman stealing several items from a vendor at the rodeo. She was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and cited with county ordinance violations for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the New Windsor Police Department.
