As the 2017 Illinois high school football season gets set to kick off, the reconfigured Three Rivers Conference (Rock Division) will feature five playoff teams from last season—Orion, Rockridge, Fulton, Newman and Bureau Valley. Newman had been on the big school side of the conference—the Mississippi Division, but has been moved to the small school side this year says Fulton head coach Patrick Lower.
Riverdale and Morrison are the two other schools in the Three Rivers Rock Division.
