An Aledo preservation project being recognized this month by Landmarks Illinois. The former Mercer Carnegie Library property is receiving an Adaptive Use Award says Landmarks Illinois CEO Frank Butterfield. The building is now home to High Tech Small Town.
The awards ceremony is Friday, Oct. 22 at the Davis Theater in Chicago.
