The Rockridge Rockets girls golf team advanced to the sectional by finishing second at the Class 1A Kewanee Regional at Baker Park Wednesday. Kewanee posted the top score on their home course to take the title with the Rockets seven strokes back. Mercer County finished third. In a normal year, the Golden Eagles would have advanced but this year only the top two teams moved on and just the top four individuals on a non-advancing team.
