The Rockridge Rockets had a record breaking day at the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) girls golf meet Wednesday, winning the conference and having four of the ten first team all-conference performers at Saukie Golf Course.
Rockridge’s team score, 330, was 54 strokes better than second place Erie-Prophetstown’s, 384. The Rockets set a new 18-hole school record with their score of 330. Sherrard, 396, took third place and Orion, 404, finished fourth.
The Rockets had three of the top four individuals. Hannah Graves was the medalist with a 72, which set a new 18-hole individual school record. She was ten shots better than the second place finisher, which was her teammate Emma Redlinger, 82. Rockridge’s Anna Carroll tied for third with a score of 84. Neva Graves joined Hannah Graves, Redlinger, and Carroll on the All-TRAC first team with an eighth place finish.
Sherrard’s Marissa Kunzman, 7th, and Orion’s Eleanor Wilbur, 10th, also earned first team all-conference honors.
Local second team all-conference performers were Brylie Davis and Amelia Ernat of Rockridge, Alyssa Layer and Anna Gengler of Sherrard, and Emily Olson and Kamryn Filler of Orion.
