The president at Southern Illinois University could be on his way out of the job by the end of the week. SIU Trustees yesterday finalized plans for a meeting in Edwardsville tomorrow where they are expected to place SIU president and Mercer County native Randy Dunn on leave. Trustees are upset with Dunn for his support to more evenly split state funding between SIU’s Carbondale and Edwardsville campuses, to more accurately reflect enrollment at the two schools.
