The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department announcing the arrests of two people in connection with the theft of a horse trailer. 54 year old John F. Sullivan and 52 year old Michelle L. Sullivan, both of Joy, were taken into custody Sunday. The two were charged with possession of stolen vehicle, felony theft and obstruction of justice. Both are being held at the Mercer County Jail. The stolen horse trailer was the subject of a Mercer County Crime Stoppers call for assistance earlier this month.
