The Illinois Farm Bureau and Farmers for Free Trade hosting Western Illinois Congresswoman Cheri Bustos at an event in Mercer County this week. The meeting will take place Friday morning at Cargill Grain Elevator in New Boston. It will mark Bustos’ fourth visit to Mercer County in four weeks—following a stop at Gold Star FS, a mental health program announcement in Aledo, and a USDA grant and loan announcement in Joy.
