Parents, teachers, coaches, students and community members interested in learning more about the opioid epidemic in Illinois are invited to attend State Senator Neil Anderson’s free Informational Opioid Seminar on September 4th, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at United Township High School in East Moline.
Panelists from the Illinois Department of Human Services, Illinois State Police, Trinity UnityPoint Health, Moline Fire Department, and the Moline Police Department will discuss warning signs for opioid abuse, where to get help, and ways to combat the problem.
