It will cost twice as much to prepare plans for repairing the Button Building roof as it will to prepare plans to demolish the building. City Administrator Erin Knackstedt details the numbers.
Again, those are just costs for preparing the plans, not the cost of the actual work. Aldermen will discuss the proposals at next Monday night’s Finance Committee meeting.
