The IHSA set to celebrate its 11th year of hosting a state tournament series in bass fishing. Sectionals are scheduled throughout the state on Thursday and Mercer County High School is among 311 bass fishing teams in Illinois. Mercer County will fish at the IHSA sectional in Pool 13 off the Mississippi River, just south of Savanna on Thursday.
