Four City Employees To Get Temporary Pay Hikes In Sullivan’s Absence

The Aledo City Council’s Personnel Committee has recommended temporary compensation increases for Police Lieutenant Nick Seefeld, Police Sergeant Adam Baker; Office Manager/City Clerk Jarod Dale; and Public Works Director Justin Blaser. The temporary compensation is in response to added duties while Police Chief/City Administrator Chris Sullivan is on paid leave says Mayor Chris Hagloch.

The $192.30 per pay period would equate to around $5,000 in additional compensation for an entire year for each employee. The full city council will act on the personnel committee’s recommendation next Monday.
