Plans For 2017 Rhubarb Fest Move Forward With New Co-Chairs

Plans are in motion for the 2017 Rhubarb Festival.  And new co-chairs are leading the charge with Pam Myers and Pam Ricke replacing festival founder Darlene Johnson.
