They’re calling it the Port Louisa Guided Paddle. The event takes place this weekend near Keithsburg and Erica Knisley with the Keithsburg Kayak Company is helping promote the effort.
The Port Louisa Guided Paddle begins at 6:30 p.m. Saturday and is in conjunction with the Keithsburg 185th Anniversary celebration.
