Sandusky Arrested For Another Probation Violation In Mercer County Meth Case

A Matherville woman has been arrested on a warrant accusing her of violating her probation in a meth case. 27 year old Erica Sandusky was taken into custody earlier today by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies. Her probation was modified last November after a separate probation violation. Sandusky pleaded guilty to a Class 2 felony meth charge in September of 2017 and was placed on 24-months’ probation and was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment. The agreement also included 30 hours of community service and $500 in fines and court costs. She was originally arrested in a 2015 meth bust. An arrest warrant has also been issued for the co-defendant in the case—24 year old Charles Peacock of Milan—also stemming from a probation violation.  He is believed to be in Florida.
