Seaton SPARKS (Seaton Parks and Recreation for Kids Safety) memorial bricks have been set and the community will hold a dedication ceremony on Sunday, August 26th. SPARKS committee member Virginia Tarr explains about the memorial brick program.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. at the gazebo, where the initial foundation of memorials bricks have been placed. An ice cream social will be held following the dedication and it will be served at the Seaton Fire Station.
