Sidewalk improvements on the way for Aledo’s Monument Park. The $44,500 project has been approved by the Aledo City Council says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
McClintock Trucking & Excavating has been awarded the project.
The park includes a memorial honoring the 352 Mercer County soldiers killed during the Civil War. It was originally dedicated in 1868.
