The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department announcing three weekend arrests stemming from separate incidents. On Saturday, Matthew Baker of Milan was taken into custody for unlawful restraint, criminal trespass to residence, domestic battery, and violation of an order of protection. He is awaiting a bond hearing.
On Sunday, deputies arrested Lora Monson of New Windsor on an outstanding warrant for child endangerment. During the course of an investigation prior to her arrest, she was charged with an additional count of child endangerment. Monson was transported to the Mercer County Jail where she posted bond.
On Friday, deputies arrested Ryan Flemming of Viola for domestic battery. He was taken to the Mercer County Jail where he posted bond.
