One man has died in an early Sunday morning accident in Warren County. The fatal victim has been identified as 31 year old Justin Howell from Bushnell, according to an Illinois State Police report. The one-car crash occurred at 1:57 a.m. on 23rd Avenue at Wingate Drive. There was another occupant in the vehicle–32 year old Craig Sloan of Avon. He received minor injuries. State Police say the Chevrolet Impala was traveling eastbound when it left the roadway and overturned multiple times, but the report does not indicate who was driving the car. Originally, ISP incorrectly identified the fatal victim from Seaton, but again he is from Bushnell.
