Those who travel the Joy Blacktop on a regular basis are expressing concern with the condition of the road. The issue was brought up at last week’s Mercer County Board meeting and County Board Chairman Carlos Sarabasa says there is a plan for improvements.
Sarabasa says the money for the project is coming out of the county’s road and bridge fund.
